摘要
目的浅析妊娠糖尿病患者应用综合护理管理对血糖控制效果的影响。方法将我院收治的118例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,就诊时间在2020年10月至2021年10月,用奇偶数列法1∶1分组,试验组(59例)行综合护理管理,对照组(59例)行传统护理管理,对比分析两组管理效果。结果试验组护理管理3个月后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。93.22%的试验组患者对营养保健知识知晓,仅有79.66%对照组患者知晓,呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组羊水过多率为3.39%、巨婴率为0.00%、妊娠期高血压率为1.69%、新生儿窒息率为1.69%,分别低于对照组的20.34%、6.78%、15.25%、13.56%,呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。96.61%试验组对护理满意,仅有83.05%对照组患者满意,呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠糖尿病患者运用综合护理管理,可以改善血糖控制效果,优化妊娠结局,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing management on blood sugar control in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 118 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital were taken as the research object,and the visiting time was from October 2020 to October 2021.They were divided into 1∶1 groups by odd-even sequence method.The experimental group(59 cases)received comprehensive nursing management,while the control group(59 cases)received traditional nursing management,and the management effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in the experimental group after 3 months of nursing management were lower than those in the control group,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).93.22% of patients in the experimental group knew about nutrition and health care,while only 79.66% of patients in the control group knew about nutrition and health care,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rates of polyhydramnios,macrosomia,pregnancy induced hypertension and neonatal asphyxia in the experimental group were 3.39%,0.00%,1.69% and 1.69%,which were lower than those in the control group(20.34%,6.78%,15.25% and 13.56%),respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).96.61% of patients in the experimental group were satisfied with nursing care,while only 83.05% of patients in the control group were satisfied with nursing care,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing management can improve the effect of blood sugar control and optimize the pregnancy outcome for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
