摘要
目的探究尿常规检查对尿路感染的诊断价值,可为临床检验工作提供指导意义。方法采取对比试验的方式来进行探索,研究开始时间定为2018年5月,研究结束的时间定为2019年5月。将此期间在本院接受诊治的尿路感染患者定为本次的研究对象,将40例尿路感染患者纳入观察组,再将同时期在本院进行体检的40例健康者纳入对照组。对试验组研究对象尿常规结果进行观察分析,同时记录试验组以及对照组的白细胞计数以及细菌培养结果。结果根据本次研究数据结果显示,试验组40例研究对象均经由临床确诊为尿路感染。其中尿道炎患者10例,膀胱炎患者14例,慢性肾盂肾炎患者16例。其中经由尿常规检验诊断为尿路感染患者39例,诊断准确率为97.50%;试验组任何疾病类型患者在白细胞计数上均高于对照组,且数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组计数结果均呈阴性,试验组任何疾病类型患者的阳性率均高于对照组,且数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对尿路感染患者,结合使用尿常规检验分析,能够明显观察到病变情况,可以将尿常规作为评判尿路感染的标准之一,能够为临床诊断与对症治疗提供可靠的参考依据。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of urine routine examination for urinary tract infection,and to provide guidance for clinical examination.Methods A comparative experiment was carried out.The starting time of the study was May 2018,and the ending time was May 2019.In this study,40 patients with urinary tract infection were included in the observation group,and 40 healthy patients were included in the control group.The urine routine results of the test group were observed and analyzed.The white blood cell counts and bacterial culture results of the test group and the control group were recorded.Results According to the data of this study,40 subjects in the test group were all clinically diagnosed as urinary tract infection.There were 10 urethritis patients,14 cystitis patients and 16 chronic pyelonephritis patients.Among them,39 cases of urinary tract infection were diagnosed by urine routine examination,the diagnostic accuracy was 97.50%,and the WBC count of patients with any disease type in the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The counts in the control group were negative.The positive rate of any disease type in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with urinary tract infection,combined with urine routine test,it can be used as one of the criteria to evaluate urinary tract infection,and can provide reliable reference for clinical diagnosis and symptomatic treatment.
