摘要
总酸值是聚异丁烯丁二酸酐的重要质量指标,目前酸值测定最常用的方法是皂化法、电位法和指示剂法,而聚异丁烯丁二酸酐粘度较大,不易与碱反应,使用以上方法测定的酸值均偏小或测定时间过长。本文以前三种方法为对比,发现采用甲醇钠滴定的新型方法,可以方便、快速测定聚异丁烯丁二酸酐的总酸值,结果具有较好的准确性和再现性。
Total acid number is an important quality index of polyisobutylene succinic anhydride.The most commonly used methods for acid number determination are saponification,potential method and indicator method.The acid numbers measured by the above methods are all too small or the measurement time is too long for the reason that the polyisobutylene succinic anhydride with high viscosity is difficult to react with alkali.Here,the previous three methods are compared,and it is found that the total acid number of polyisobutylene succinic anhydride can be easily and quickly determined with the new sodium methoxide titration method,and the results show good accuracy and repeatability.
