摘要
土地调查是全面查实、查清土地资源的重要手段,是一项重大的国情国力调查。结合安徽省开展的第三次国土调查工作情况及其调查成果质量的现状,对过程质量监督检查中发现的问题,从第三次全国国土调查工作的不同阶段分析其产生的原因,总结提高调查成果质量的方法。安徽省第三次国土调查工作涉及面广、内容多,对其质量控制方面的经验进行总结,可为年度土地现状变更调查成果的质量控制工作提供借鉴。
Land survey is an important means to verify and clarify land resources comprehensively,and it is also the major survey of national conditions and strength.Combined with the the survey work and its quality of the survey results of the third national land survey in Anhui Province,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the process quality supervision and inspection from different stages of the third national land survey work,and then puts forward the methods to improve the quality of the survey results.The third notional land survey in Anhui Province involves a wide range and contents.Summarizing its experience in quality control can provide reference for the quality control of the results of the annual land status change survey.
