摘要
目的分析追踪随访联合医护一体化护理对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的影响。方法选取河南省人民医院2018年10月至2020年10月UC患者116例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各58例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施追踪随访联合医护一体化护理,比较两组干预前后治疗依从性、焦虑(SAS)抑郁(SDS)情绪、自护能力(ESCA)、自我效能(GSES)、生活质量(SF-36)、护理满意度。结果干预后观察组治疗依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组SF-36、ESCA、GSES评分较干预前高,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组SAS、SDS评分较干预前低,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度93.10%(54/58)较对照组79.31%(46/58)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理联合追踪随访应用于UC患者,可增强患者治疗依从性,缓解焦虑抑郁情绪,还可提升患者自护能力,改善自我效能,从而提高生活质量,且患者认可度高。
Objective To analyze the effects of follow-up combined with integrated nursing care on patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods A total of 116 UC patients in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received follow-up combined with integrated nursing on the basis of the control group.Treatment compliance,anxiety and depression,self-care ability,self-efficacy,quality of life(SF-36),and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the compliance of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SF-36,ESCA and GSES scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group(93.10%,54/58)was higher than that of control group(79.31%,46/58),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated nursing care combined with follow-up in UC patients can enhance patients’treatment compliance,relieve anxiety and depression,improve patients’self-care ability,improve self-efficacy,and thus improve their quality of life,with high recognition from patients.
