摘要
为了对不平衡问题造成的转子振动进行减振,使用三要素吸振器进行振动抑制,并对吸振器进行参数优化。利用有限元法建立系统动力学方程,使用差分进化法求解三要素吸振器的最优参数。分别利用差分进化法和固定点理论,分析了质量比变化对于吸振器各参数及其减振效果的影响。结果表明:和固定点理论相比,使用差分进化法设计的三要素吸振器具有更大的频率比、刚度比、阻尼比和更好的减振效果;将三要素吸振器和Voigt吸振器的抑振效果进行比较,三要素吸振器的抑振效果优于Voigt吸振器。
To reduce the rotor vibration due to the imbalance problem,the vibration suppression was performed using a three-element absorber,and the absorber parameter was optimized.The system dynamics equations are established using the finite element method and the optimal parameters of the three-element absorber are solved using the differential evolution method.The influence of mass ratio change on each parameter and the vibration reduction effect is analyzed separately using differential evolution method and fixed point theory.The results show that the three-element absorber device designed using differential evolution method has greater frequency ratio,stiffness ratio,damping ratio and better damping effect compared with fixed point theory.Comparison between the vibration suppression effect of the three-element absorber and the Voigt absorber shows that the three-element absorber is better than the Voigt absorber.
