摘要
针对熨平板装置的变形问题,应用有限元法分别模拟分析了大臂提起和沥青摊铺工况下的纵向、垂向和横向变形分布规律。结果表明:大臂提起工况时,基础段内部出现向上的弯曲变形,熨平板框架结构的垂向弯曲变形和扭转变形随加长段的增加呈逐渐增大趋势,在基础段与加长段1连接区域的变形幅度最大,可知在基础段与加长段1的连接区域易于出现损坏;沥青摊铺工况时,基础段出现前进方向的弯曲变形,大臂两侧基础段和加长段的变形存在后端面滞后于前端面的现象,基础段和加长段后端面的刚性有待提高。
Considering the problem of deformation of screed mechanism,the longitudinal,vertical and transverse deformation distributions of screed were studied at load case of arm lifting and asphalt paving using finite element analysis.The results show that bending deformation occurred in foundation section,the vertical and torsion deformation of paver increased with the prolong section increasing,the maximum deformation amplitude at the connection regions of foundation and prolong section 1,therefore,it can crack easily.The deformation in the forward direction of asphalt paving load case and lag phenomenon in both side of arm,so the stiffness of foundation and prolong section need to be enhanced.
