摘要
生态流量对保护水生态空间、维护河流生态功能具有重要意义。通过确定淮河流域重要河湖的生态流量,分析各重要河湖生态流量保障现状及主要问题,从加强组织协调、完善工程调度、落实监管及制度建设等方面提出淮河流域重要河湖的生态流量保障对策措施。
Ecological flow is of great significance for protecting water ecological space and maintaining river ecological function. Through determining the ecological flow of key rivers and lakes in the Huaihe River Basin, this paper analyzed the current situation and problems of ecological flow of key rivers and lakes in the Huaihe River Basin. On that basis, itputs forward some countermeasures for ensuring the ecological flow of the important rivers and lakes,including strengthening organization and coordination, optimizing water project operation, implementing supervision and establishing and improving management system in the Huaihe River Basin.
