摘要
在阐述河湖生态环境复苏的内涵、对象和目标的基础上,研判新阶段河湖生态环境面临的主要问题和保护需求,研究河湖生态环境复苏的原则和实现路径,提出加快推进河湖生态环境复苏的重点举措。
In the basic of analyzing the connotation, objects and goals of eco-environment recovery of rivers and lakes,analyzes the main ecological problems and protection demand in the new stage, expounds the work principles and implementation paths of the eco-environment recovery of rivers and lakes, and puts forward the key measures to accelerate the eco-environment recovery of deteriorated rivers and lakes.
