摘要
软坚散结法可通过软散坚结、以通代补的形式,疏通壅塞之堤,通达机体之滞,防止其继续阻塞机体气血的生生不已,从而保持机体气血津液畅通无阻,以延缓衰老。通过对单味中药、药对专方、中成药、外治法、针刺艾灸等手段的经验总结及临床疗效的审视,可见软坚散结法治疗老年相关疾病疗效可观,证实了软坚散结法延缓衰老的可行性。值得注意的是,使用软坚散结类药物时应注意“有故无殒,但取无过”。软坚散结法的应用或能发挥延缓衰老领域的鲶鱼效应,但目前对中药、方剂的药理学机制尚缺乏多层次、多角度的综合探讨与评价,临床疗效方面也欠缺大规模、高质量的临床随机对照试验或真实世界研究。鉴于以上局限性,建议如下:①充分利用网络药理学、生物信息学等新兴手段,解析软坚散结药物与衰老相关疾病之间的分子关联规律,并设计科学可行的研究方法,借助现代化技术阐释软坚散结方药延缓衰老的复杂机制;②开展多中心、大样本的随机对照试验或真实世界研究,参照国际通用规范进行研究的设计、实施和分析,并结合衰老相关疾病从重、不可逆的临床特点,建立相应的评价体系。
The traditional Chinese medicine Ruanjian Sanjie method can clear the congested embankment and unblock the stagnation of the body by softening firmness and dispersing knot,and in the form of replacing the tonic.,to delay aging.Through the summarization of experience and the review of clinical curative effect of single traditional Chinese medicine,medicine-paired formula,proprietary Chinese medicine,external treatment method,acupuncture and moxibustion,it can be seen that the Ruanjian Sanjie method has considerable curative effect in the treatment of senile-related diseases,confirming that the traditional Chinese medicine Ruanjian Sanjie has a considerable effect.Feasibility of knot method to delay aging.It is worth noting that when using Ruanjian Sanjie medicines,it should be noted that"there is no reason for death,but there is no fault in taking it".The application of TCM Ruanjian Sanjie method may exert the catfish effect in the field of anti-aging,but there is still a lack of comprehensive discussion and evaluation of the pharmacological mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and prescriptions from multiple levels and angles,and large-scale and high-quality clinical efficacy is also lacking.Clinical randomized controlled trials or real-world studies.In view of the above limitations,the recommendations are as follows:①Make full use of emerging methods such as network pharmacology and bioinformatics to analyze the molecular correlation between Ruanjian Sanjie drugs and aging-related diseases,and design scientifically feasible research methods to explain with the help of modern technology The complex mechanism of anti-aging with Ruanjian Sanjie prescription;②Carry out multi-center,large-sample RCT or real-world research,and design,implement and analyze the research with reference to international standards,and combine the severe and irreversible clinical characteristics of aging-related diseases to establish corresponding evaluation system.
