煤矿副立井智能操车系统研究与应用

摘要 针对现有煤矿副立井操车系统用人多、效率低、信息传送不及时等问题,研究设计了煤矿副立井智能操车系统。介绍了煤矿副立井智能操车系统的总体设计方案和系统功能设计,详细阐述了感知系统设计、智能控制系统设计、感知控制融合设计等实现煤矿副立井智能操车系统的关键环节设计的技术体系。通过在山东能源枣庄矿业集团田陈煤矿的实际应用表明,该系统达到了管、控、监一体化及减员增效的目的,提高了矿井副立井运输环节的安全性和信息化、智能化水平。 Aiming at the problems of many workers.low efficiency and untimely information transmission in the existing coal mine auxiliary shaft tramcar operation system.an intelligent tramcar operating system for coal mine auxiliary shaft was studied and designed.The overall design scheme and system function design of the intelligent tramcar operation system were introduced.and the technical system of the key link design of the intelligent tramcar operation system was expounds in detail.including the designs of the sensing system.intelligent control system and the sensing control integration.The practical application in Tianchen Coal Mine of Shandong Energy Zaozhuang Mining Group showed that the system achieved the integration of management.control and monitor and the purpose of reducing staff and increasing efficiency.and improved the safety.information and intelligent level of mine auxiliary shaft transportation.
