焦炉导烟板结构对高温烟尘扩散过程的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 在焦炉生产过程中会产生大量高温含尘烟气,其中推焦过程中出焦侧上方的污染排放最为严重。为研究不同结构导烟板对高温烟尘扩散规律的影响,解决焦炉出焦侧导烟板两侧烟尘逸出现象,对原有的直型导烟板进行优化,参考Aaberg排风罩的理论分析与实验研究,设计了弧型和折型导烟板,运用计算流体动力学软件对三种结构导烟板的导流作用进行数值模拟,并对大型焦炉出焦侧上方的工况进行了分析,搭建了三种结构的物理模型,利用实验结果来验证数值模型的有效性。研究表明:在相同初始速度和初始温度工况下,弧型导烟板能有效的减少高温烟尘从两侧的逸出,效果最好;而折型挡烟板的导流作用强于直型导烟板。 In the coke oven production process,a large amount of high-temperature dust-containing flue gas is generated.And in the process of pushing the coke,the pollution discharge above the coke side is the most serious.In order to study the influence of different structure dust deflectors on the diffusion law of high temperature soot and solve the phenomenon of dust on both sides of the coke oven exit side deflector,optimize the original straight guide smoke board.With reference to the theoretical analysis and experimental research of the Aaberg exhaust hood,the curved and folded deflectors were designed.Numerical simulation of the guiding effect of three kinds of structure dust deflectors using computational fluid dynamics software.The working conditions above the coke side of the large coke oven were analyzed,and the physical models of the three structures were built.The experimental results were used to verify the validity of the numerical model.The research shows that under the same initial speed and initial temperature conditions,the arc-shaped deflector can effectively reduce the escape of high-temperature soot from both sides,and the effect is best;The fold form deflector is better than the straight type.
