摘要
船用螺旋桨形状复杂,为满足快速、精确建模的要求,提出一种基于VB.NET编程语言的螺旋桨三维自动建模方法。基于桨叶切面基础数据,推导桨叶型值点数学转换公式。利用Excel完成桨叶切面基础数据和桨毂数据的存储与读取。研究螺旋桨建模方法,对CATIA进行二次开发,集成型值点导入、曲面建模、实体填充等建模流程。基于VB.NET语言将上述操作程序化,设计界面友好的螺旋桨自动建模软件。利用该软件完成桨叶的自动建模,并进行光顺性检查和模态分析。这里建立的螺旋桨自动建模方法简单高效,能够避免传统几何建模方法的手工操作量大、易出错的缺点。
In order to meet the requirements of rapid and accurate modeling,a 3d automatic propeller modeling method based on VB.NET programming language is proposed.Based on the basic data of blade section,the mathematical transformation formula of blade profile value point is deduced.Excel is used to store and read the basic data of blade section and hub.The method of propeller modeling was studied and CATIA was developed to integrate the modeling process of value point import,surface modeling and solid filling.Based on the language of VB.NET,the above operation is programmed and the friendly interface of propeller automatic modeling software is designed.The automatic modeling of blades is completed by using this software,and the smoothness inspection and modal analysis are carried out.The automatic propeller modeling method established in it is simple and efficient,which can avoid the shortcomings of traditional geometric modeling method,such as large manual operation and easy to make mistakes.
