摘要
我国已经正式进入老龄化社会,而农村地区的老龄化问题更为严重。在乡村振兴战略背景下,不仅要关注农村经济发展,扶持农村农业产业创新发展,带领农民群众发家致富,还要致力于解决农村地区的各种社会问题,维护广阔农村地区的和谐稳定。农村地区空巢老人数量快速增加,面临很大的因老返贫、因病致贫风险,需要结合农村地区的实际情况,探索能够妥善解决农村老年人养老问题的方法。本文从分析乡村振兴战略下农村老年人养老问题的实际情况出发,阐述农村地区开展医养融合养老服务的发展模式,探讨医养融合养老服务模式面临的困难和问题,进而提出针对性的发展建议。
China has officially entered the aging society, and the aging problem in rural areas is more serious.In the context of the rural revitalization strategy, we should not only pay attention to rural economic development, support the innovative development of rural agricultural industry, and lead farmers to get rich, but also be committed to solving various social problems in rural areas and maintain harmony and stability in the vast rural areas.The number of empty-nesters in rural areas has increased rapidly, and it is facing a great risk of returning to poverty due to old age or poverty due to illness. It is necessary to explore ways to properly solve the problem of the elderly in rural areas according to the actual situation in rural areas.This paper starts from analyzing the actual situation of the pension problem of the rural elderly under the rural revitalization strategy, expounds the development mode of the integrated medical care service in rural areas, discusses the difficulties and problems faced by the integrated medical care and pension service mode, and then puts forward targeted development suggestions.
