摘要
EH36为高强船板用钢,具有优良的低温冲击韧性和焊接性能,被广泛用于制造大型海洋平台。因EH36高强船板钢特殊的性能和使用环境,所以对其质量要求非常严格。以某钢厂生产EH36高强船板钢为例,本文介绍了EH36高强船板钢的炼钢生产工艺,提出了炼钢生产过程中的重点控制技术内容。通过生产条件准备、铁水预处理、转炉冶炼工艺、精炼处理工艺、连铸工艺等各环节重点生产控制点的有效精准管控,尤其针对P、S、N、H、O含量控制,有效提高了EH36钢的纯净度和铸坯合格率。
EH36 is a high-strength ship plate steel with excellent low-temperature impact toughness and welding performance, which is widely used to manufacture large-scale offshore platforms. Due to the special properties and service environment of EH36 high-strength ship plate steel, its quality requirements are very strict. Taking the production of EH36 high-strength ship plate steel in a steel plant as an example, this paper introduces the steelmaking process of EH36 high-strength ship plate steel, and puts forward the key control technology in the steelmaking process. Through the effective and accurate control of key production control points in various links such as production condition preparation, hot metal pretreatment, converter smelting process, refining treatment process and continuous casting process, especially for the control of P,S,N,H and O content, improved effectively the cleanliness of EH36 steel and the qualified rate of billet.
