摘要
为了解南盘江流域(昆明段)水生态环境保护现状,分析了流域水环境现状及变化趋势,诊断流域水生态环境保护存在问题,提出流域治理对策建议。结果表明,南盘江(昆明段)水质波动较大,既有优良水质断面,也还存在劣Ⅴ类水质断面,流域污染负荷主要来源于点源和农业生产面源。南盘江流域(昆明段)长期以来治理投入不足,是下一步深入打好碧水保卫战的工作重点区域之一。
In order to clarify the present situation of water ecological environment protection in Nanpan River Basin(Kunming part),the present situation and changing trend of the water ecological environment in the basin were analyzed.The existing problems of water ecological environment protection were obtained.And the countermeasures and suggestions for watershed management were proposed.The results showed that the water quality of Nanpan River(Kunming part)fluctuated widely,with both excellent water quality monitoring section and inferiorⅤwater quality section.The pollution load of the basin mainly came from point sources and agricultural non-point sources.Nanpan River Basin(Kunming part)was one of the key areas in the next step to fight the battle of clean water with the insufficient management for a long time.
