规范化信息路径管理在降低医学影像设备临床应用故障中的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究规范化信息路径管理在降低医学影像设备使用故障中的应用效果。方法:选取医院临床在用的13台影像设备,按照管理模式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组影像设备采取常规管理模式;观察组实施规范化信息路径管理模式,成立规范化信息路径管理小组,将路径管理与信息技术相结合对影像设备进行管理。对比两组故障率、故障频次、设备管理质量及护理质量评分。结果:观察组磁共振成像(MRI)、计算机断层扫描(CT)和X射线相关设备故障率分别为(1.12±0.40)%、(2.14±0.76)%和(1.45±0.50)%,低于对照组的(3.40±1.13)%、(4.29±1.37)%和(5.02±1.83)%,差异有统计学意义(t=10.746,t=7.279,t=11.049;P<0.05);影像设备2年内故障发生次数中观察组17次,对照组38次,故障总频次下降55.26%;观察组设备自身损耗故障频次在故障总频次占比中高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.593,P<0.05);观察组设备管理质量、护理质量的影像设备理论储备知识、设备流程与制度熟悉度和设备维修实操评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-5.334,t=-11.262,t=-8.971,t=-18.597;P<0.05)。结论:规范化信息路径管理能减少医学影像设备故障发生,提高设备管理质量及医疗服务质量。 Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized information path management in reducing the failure of imaging equipment.Methods:A total of 13 imaging equipment in clinical use in the hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the management mode.The control group adopted the conventional management mode,and the observation group implemented the standardized information path management model,a standardized information path management team was established to manage the image equipment by combining path management with information technology.The failure rate,failure frequency,equipment management quality and nursing quality scores between the two groups were compared.Results:The failure rates of MRI,CT,and X-ray related equipment in the observation group were(1.12±0.40)%,(2.14±0.76)%,(1.45±0.50)%,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(3.40±1.13)%,(4.29±1.37)%,(5.02±1.83)%,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.746,t=7.279,t=11.049;P<0.05);there were 17 failures of imaging equipment in 2 years in the observation group and 38 failures in the control group,the frequency of failures decreased by 55.26%;the self-loss failure frequency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.593,P<0.05);the equipment management quality,nursing quality of theoretical knowledge of imaging equipment,equipment process and system familiarity and rating of equipment maintenance practice in the observation were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=-5.334,t=-11.262,t=-8.971,t=-18.597;P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized information path management can reduce failure of imaging equipment and improve equipment management quality and nursing quality.
