摘要
在当下,快速反应——“快反”,已经成为国内服装行业的常用词,也是众多时尚品牌企业追寻发展之路。如何在提高速度的同时,保证产品的设计与质量,才是快速反应的根本。这不仅仅需要对供应链的强大控制能力,更需要企业内部极强的研发管理能力、员工的执行力。服装产品研发是产品从设计理念到实物呈现的首要环节,处于服装供应链前端的“火车头”位置,是创造利润、驱动财富的“发动机”。本文重点解析国内优秀快时尚品牌,在产品研发阶段的商品企划、设计开发、材料管控、技术保障等研发重点控制环节,分别进行论述,梳理了一套清晰、系统、可行的方法。可供服装品牌企业在建立快反制度、流程等环节进行借鉴,为产品开发赋能、为品牌发展助力。
Nowadays,“Rapid-Response”has become a common word in apparel industry,it’s also the model that many domestic brands applying to pursue development.The essential of rapid response is how to maintain original design and ensure product quality with the efficiency speed up.Besides stronger production control ability from supplier chain,it also requires even stronger capability of managing R&D and executive power from the brands.Garment development is the primary part from design concept to final presentation,which in the front of“locomotive”position in apparel supplier chain,it’s also the“engine”of creating profits and driving value.This article focuses on domestic excellent fast fashion brand,analyzes how she well managed the commodity planning,style design,material supply and technical support during garment development stage.Finally generates a set of clear,systematic and feasible methods.It can be used as a reference for apparel brands to establish rapid response system and process,empower production design,and contribute to brand development.
