摘要
代耕农是珠三角地区农业流动人口中的特殊群体,流转于城乡的夹缝中谋生,对当地经济发展有积极贡献,但其生存与发展却面临诸多困境。首先,通过文献研究了解代耕农的发展历史与现存困顿。进而,以实地观察、重点访谈、问卷调查的方式深入广州增城、惠州博罗、佛山高明、江门开平等地进行田野调研,并对问卷资料进行数据分析,发现代耕农面临着落户困难、住房困难、子女上学困难、农产品销售困难、资金不足、社会保障缺乏、社区融入困难等问题。基于此,将调查得到的代耕农生存困境与脱困需求整理成问卷,发放给社工机构及社工相关人员填答,并对其进行深度访谈,寻求社工干预良方。最后,从社工干预视角提出代耕农困顿的破解策略。
As a special group of agricultural floating population in the Pearl River Delta region,farmers seek to make a living between urban and rural areas and make positive contributions to local economic development;But their survival and development are facing many difficulties.First of all,this paper tries to understand the development history and existing difficulties of“Daigeng Farmer”through literature research.Then,through field observation,key interview and questionnaire survey,we conducted field research in Zengcheng of Guangzhou,Boluo of Huizhou,Gaoming of Foshan and Kaiping of Jiangmen,and analyzed the questionnaire data,finding that“Daigeng Farmer”are faced with difficulties in settling down,housing,children’s schooling,sales of agricultural products,lack of funds,lack of social security,and community integration.Based on these,the survival difficulties and relief needs of“Daigeng Farmer”obtained from the survey were sorted out into questionnaires,which were distributed to social work institutions and relevant social workers to fill in and answer,and depth interviews were conducted to find out the best way for social work intervention.Finally,from the perspective of social work intervention,this paper puts forward some strategies to solve the dilemma of“Daigeng Farmer”.
