摘要
设计了一种新型z-pin,其螺旋形的几何结构可以显著提高对层合板的层间增强效果。制备了4种不同螺旋度(包括一组无螺旋结构)的z-pin样品,通过拉伸试验和层间拔出试验测试了z-pin的抗拉强度和层间拔出强力。结果发现:随着螺旋度的提高,z-pin的抗拉强度逐渐降低,层间拔出强力逐渐提高。
A new kind of z-pin with spiral structure was designed to significantly improve the inter-laminar performance of laminates.Four groups of z-pin samples with different helicities(including a group of z-pin without spiral structure)were prepared.The tensile strength and inter-laminar pull-out loads of z-pins were tested.The results showed that with the increase of helicity,the tensile strength of z-pin decreased and the inter-laminar pull-out loads increased gradually.
