随着以运输需求增加、道路日益拥堵和重大环境问题为特点的全球性-发展,行业需要提供更安全、对环境的影响更小且效率更高的运输解决方案。基于自动驾驶和网联技术的自动驾驶运输解决方案可以通过提高车队灵活性、交付精准性和生产率来为客户创造价值,因此非常适合需要在预定路线上往复运送大量货物和物料的应用。沃尔沃从一开始就确定了自动驾驶开发的战略,即:随着时间的推移逐步导入自动驾驶。本文从机构设置、开发进展以及合资&合作3个方面介绍了沃尔沃集团自动驾驶卡车的发展动向。
With global developments that are characterized by higher demand for transportation,increasingly congested roads and major environmental challenges,the industry needs to provide transport solutions that are safer,have a lower environmental impact and are more efficient.Autonomous transport solutions,based on self-driving and connectivity technologies,can create value for customers by contributing to improved flexibility,delivery precision and productivity,are well-suited for applications where there is a need to move large volumes of goods and material on pre-defined routes,in repetitive flows.Volvo has determined its strategy for autonomous driving development from the very beginning,that is,gradually introducing automated applications over time.This paper introduces the development trend of Volvo Group’s autonomous driving trucks from three aspects:organization setting,development progress,and joint venture & cooperation.
