摘要
为提升养老护理人文关怀素养和服务能力,促进养老护理人员养成人文关怀品质和行为自觉。根据岗位任务,基于真实工作情境,建立人文关怀行企校一体化育训内容和流程。行企校协同构建养老护理人文关怀素养的培育路径。使养老护理人文关怀落到实处,帮助老年人实现对美好生活的向往,促进社会和谐文明进步。
In order to improve the quality of humanistic care and the service ability in elderly nursing,and to help the staff of elderly nursing develop the quality of humanistic care and behavioral consciousness,the content and process of humanistic care education and training integrated with industry,enterprise and school should be established based on post responsibility and real work situation.The method of cultivating humanistic care quality in elderly nursing through cooperation among industry,enterprise and school promotes the implementation of humanistic care,helping the elderly realize the dream of having a better life and fostering social harmony and advancement.
