摘要
为了新能源电动汽车及时充电需求和充电站布局规划与建设,首先构建充电覆盖范围最大化、建设总成本和用户广义充电成本最小化三个目标函数,分别对应交通流量、成本效益和电网适应性三个指标展开计算,而后提出了基于AHP和模糊综合法相结合的充电站最优选址问题决策方法。以功能区的三个选址备选方案为例,通过对层次分析法计算结果进行模糊化得到了对应得分值,最后做出充电站的最优选址方案的决策。
In order to timely charging demand of new energy electric vehicles and planning and construction of charging station layout, three objective functions, namely, maximization of charging coverage, total construction cost and minimization of generalized charging cost of users, were firstly constructed and calculated respectively corresponding to traffic flow, cost-effectiveness and grid adaptability.Then a decision-making method for optimal location of charging station based on AHP and fuzzy synthesis method is proposed.Taking the three alternative site selection schemes of functional areas as an example, the deserved score was obtained by fuzzifying the calculation results of analytic hierarchy process, and finally the optimal site selection scheme of charging stations was decided.
