摘要
目的探讨极地寒区卫勤保障可行性方案,为我军未来极地军事行动的顺利开展提供有力保障。方法通过对极地寒区医疗后勤保障相关文献进行回顾分析,结合部队执行寒区演训任务卫勤保障经验,提出我军极地寒区卫勤保障可行性思路。结果极地寒区自然环境恶劣,医疗保障条件匮乏,基础设施极不完善,为我军卫勤保障工作带来极大困难。可通过科学开展冷习服等适应性训练、加强军医全科医学及极地医学培训、制定极地寒区医疗行为及膳食营养标准、开发极地卫勤保障装备等方面提高我军极地寒区卫勤保障能力。结论军队后勤保障单位应尽早着眼于极地寒区卫勤保障相关研究,提高我军极地卫勤保障能力,为我国未来极地军事行动占得有利先机。
Objective To investigate the feasibility plan of military medical support in the polar cold regions,and provide a strong guarantee for the the smooth development of the army’s future polar military operations.Methods Through reviewing and analysing of literatures on military medical support in polar cold regions,in combination with military medical support experience accumulated from previous maneuvers or military exercises,feasible ideas were proposed on military medical support in polar cold regions.Results The harsh natural environment,lack of medical support conditions,and extremely imperfect infrastructure in polar cold regions have brought great difficulties to our military’s medical support work.Conclusion Military medical support departments should aim at research related with military medical support in polar cold regions as soon as possible to improve the medical support ability and to take the preemptive opportunity for the national polar military operations in the future.
