单通道井固井低黏微膨胀韧性水泥浆体系研究

摘要 介绍了单通道井的特点,基于单通道井对固井水泥浆的要求,开发了适用于单通道井固井用的低黏微膨胀韧性水泥浆体系,室内对水泥浆各项性能进行了试验研究,结果表明:开发的水泥浆体系能够满足单通道井固井的要求,低黏微膨胀韧性水泥浆体系配方(w)为:100%G级水泥+42%淡水+7%流型调节剂LPG+1%膨胀剂PUB+7.5%胶乳液+5%降失水剂DPT+0.4%缓凝剂HP-2+1%消泡剂。低黏微膨胀韧性水泥浆体系具有低黏、稳定性好,稠化时间可调,受温度影响较小等优点,能够满足单通道井对固井水泥浆性能的要求。 The characteristics of mono-bore wells are introduced.Based on the requirements of mono-bore wells for cement slurry,a low viscosity and micro expansion toughness cement slurry system suitable for mono-bore wells cementing is developed,and the properties of cement slurry are studied in laboratory.The results show that the developed cement slurry system can meet the requirements of mono-bore wells cementing.The low viscosity micro expansion toughness cement slurry formulation(w)is:100%G grade cement+42%water+7%flow regulator LPG+1%expansive agent PUB+7.5%latex emulsion+5%water loss agent DPT+0.4%retarder HP-2+1%defoamer.The low viscosity micro expansion toughness cement slurry system has the advantages of low viscosity,good stability,adjustable thickening time and less affected by temperature,which can meet the requirements of mono-bore wells for the performance of cementing slurry.
