摘要
集成电路作为汽车、通信、多媒体、计算机等行业的技术核心,也是我国实体经济发展的引领行业,但面临关键零部件长期被发达国家垄断的“断芯之痛”与新冠肺炎疫情全球蔓延严重影响产能的双重冲击。通过产学研合作能够整合多方力量,进行优势互补,提高创新效率与能力。但是,我国产学研合作起步较晚,当前困境又进一步影响了集成电路行业发展,亟需创新产学研模式早日突破芯片技术“卡脖子”的窘境。本文结合当前的特殊背景,系统剖析我国集成电路行业产学研传统模式的缺陷,充分借鉴发达国家集成电路行业产学研合作经验,对我国集成电路行业产学研合作模式创新发展提出相应的建议。
As the technical core of automobile,communication,multimedia,computer and other industries,integrated circuit is also the leading industry for the development of China’s real economy.However,it is faced with the double impact of the"broken chip"of key parts long monopolized by developed countries and the global spread of COVID-19 seriously affecting production capacity.However,China’s industry-university-research cooperation started late,and the current predicament has further affected the development of the integrated circuit industry.It is urgent to innovate the industry-university-research model to break through the"bottleneck"of chip technology as soon as possible.Combined with the current special background,this paper systematically analyzes the defects of the traditional mode of China’s industry in integrated circuit industry,fully draws on the experience of integrated circuit industry in developed countries,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the innovation and development of China’s integrated circuit industry.de of production,learning and research in China,and gives some suggestions for innovation of the mode of cooperation.
