摘要
文章针对现阶段公路工程施工中传统安全教育培训与体验式安全教育培训的优缺点进行阐述。以蒲都高速公路项目为例,介绍了安全体验馆的建设与使用情况,总结了对参培人员的培训效果,并对体验式教育培训后日常安全检查中人员不安全行为的隐患占比进行了统计分析。
This article elaborates on the advantages and disadvantages of traditional safety education and training and experiential safety education and training in highway engineering construction at this stage.Taking the Pudu Expressway project as an example,it introduces the construction and use of safety experience halls,summarizes the training effects for trainees,and examines the proportion of hidden dangers of unsafe behaviors in daily safety inspections after experiential education and training.
