摘要
节水灌溉技术可有效提升灌溉用水效率,有利于促进现代节水农业发展,但是否被采用却依赖于该技术能否有效提高农户收入,因此,研究节水灌溉技术的收入效应对大力推广该技术,促进水资源节约具有重要意义。基于微观调查数据,运用倾向得分匹配法分析节水灌溉技术对农户农业收入的影响,发现:(1)样本匹配前,节水灌溉技术采用组农户的家庭农业收入显著高于未采用组农户;匹配后,采用技术组农户的收入虽然仍高于未采用组农户,但收入差异没有通过显著性检验。(2)耕地规模影响节水灌溉技术的收入效应,耕地规模越大,技术采用对农户收入的正向影响越显著。(3)农户产业类型影响节水灌溉技术的收入效应,技术采用对果农收入有显著的促进作用,对粮农收入影响则不显著。据此,提出应在增加节水灌溉技术推广补贴的基础上,在保证粮食安全的前提下,提升农户耕地规模化程度,加大农业产业结构调整力度,提高节水灌溉技术应用效益,以促进节水灌溉技术的推广和现代农业发展。
Water-saving irrigation technology can effectively improve the efficiency of irrigation water use,which is conducive to promoting the development of modern water-saving agriculture,but whether or not farmers adopt the technology depends on whether they can increase income.Studying the income effect of water-saving irrigation technology is of great significance to the promotion of this technology.Based on the micro-survey data,the article uses the propensity score matching method to conduct research,and draws conclusions:First,before matching,the annual income of households in the group of farmers who adopt water-saving irrigation technology is significantly higher than that of households in the group that do not adopt the technology;After matching,the income of households using technology was still higher than that of households not using technology,but the income difference did not pass significance test.Second,the scale of land has an impact on the income utility of water-saving irrigation technology.The larger the scale of land,the more significant the positive impact of water-saving irrigation technology on income.Third,the type of farming industry will have an impact on the income effect of water-saving irrigation technology,and this technology can significantly promote the income of fruit farmers,but not the income of food farmers.Therefore,under the premise of ensuring food security,increase the scale of farmer’s arable land,increase the adjustment of agricultural industry structure,and increase the application income of water-saving irrigation technology to promote water-saving irrigation technology and the development of modern agriculture.
