新型低温干化技术在油泥处理中的应用

摘要 某石化企业水务运行部含油污泥离心脱水后的油泥泥饼,通过采用密闭式热风循环油泥低温干化设备对其进行低温干化,离心脱水后油泥泥饼的含水率从干化前的80%左右可降至10%以下,实现了对离心脱水后油泥泥饼的稳定化、减量化处理,有效降低了企业油泥外委处置量和处置费用。 After centrifugal dewatering of the oil-bearing sludge cake in the water operation department of a petrochemical enterprise,the water content of the centrifugal dewatered oil-bearing sludge cake can be reduced from about 80%before drying to less than 10%by using closed hot air circulation oil-sludge low-temperature drying equipment.The stabilization and reduction of oil sludge cake after centrifugal dewatering has been realized.This reduces the amount of outsourced oil sludge disposal and disposal cost of the enterprises effectively.
