摘要
项目代建制在我国起步较晚,虽然能有效提高管理水平,但依然存在一些问题,文章研究了项目代建制度管理的内容,并分析其中存在的风险,然后提出相应解决对策,以此来为相关研究人员提供参考。
Although the project agent construction system can effectively improve the management level, it started late in China and still has some problems. This paper studies the content of project agent construction management, and analyzes the existing risk problems,then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for researchers.
