摘要
供热通风与空调工程是建筑工程中的重要内容,也被称之为暖通空调工程,其安装施工质量关系人们的生活。它与建筑内部环境质量存在直接联系,也会对建筑安全产生一定的影响,所以,在供热通风与空调工程安装施工环节,施工企业方面要重点把控其质量,严格按照行业规范,对安装内容进行检查验收,消除建筑隐患。技术性强是供热通风与空调工程的主要特点之一,在项目作业中,存在多种关键技术要点,这些技术要点的应用效果和落实程度,是供热通风与空调工程品质的主要影响因素,必须要受到管理人员的高度重视。文章对此进行分析研究,并且提出了几点浅见。
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning engineering, namely HVAC engineering, is an important part of construction engineering. Its installation and construction quality areclosely related to people’s quality of life. It is directly related to the internal environmental quality of buildings, and will also have a certain impact on building safety. Therefore, in the installation and construction of heating, ventilation and air conditioning projects, construction enterprises should focus on controlling their quality, inspect and accept the installation contents in strict accordance with industry specifications, and eliminate potential construction hazards. Strong technicality is one of the main characteristics of heating, ventilation and air conditioning engineering. There are many key technical points in the project construction. The application effect and implementation degree of these technical points are the main factors affecting the quality of heating, ventilation and air conditioning engineering, which must be highly valued by managers. This paper analyzes and studies this, and puts forward several views.
