摘要 东营市市属引黄灌区信息自动化项目通过配套完善信息化系统,实现对水位、水量、水质等水情信息的采集和处理,以通信网络系统为纽带,以自动化控制和调度运行管理为核心系统,实现对量测水设施、支门、泵站、重要路口监控和远程控制,密切监测和控制供水运行情况,为灌区管理提供科学依据和技术支持,为工程运行提供决策会商支撑环境。 The information automation system in Dongying Municipality realizes hydrologic data collection and processing of the water level,water quantity and water quality,by improving the comprehensive information system.Furthermore,based on the communication network system,and taking the automation control and dispatching operation management as the core system,it also realizes the monitoring and remote control of water facilities measurement and doors,pump stations,important crossroads.To closely monitor and control the water supply operation situation,it provides scientific and technical support for the management of the irrigation area,as well as the decision-making and consultation supporting for the project operation.
