摘要
农机装备制造企业遵循产品主导逻辑易陷入行业同质产品的恶性竞争。文章鉴于服务衍生能够塑造新竞争优势的特点,聚焦农机装备制造业服务化的现实需求,分析政府、企业和购机者对服务衍生的行为特征,构建三方演化博弈模型,解析关键因素对理想状态策略的影响。结果表明:(1)政府补贴受企业衍生服务对农业生产需求的满足,及其示范性对购机者需求拉动的影响,由解决“无机可用”到“有良机可用”转变。(2)企业服务衍生受行业服务化水平、政府政策与用户购买意愿的影响,由产品主导逻辑向服务主导逻辑转变。(3)购机者对衍生服务的购买意愿受实用性、价值创造能力与政府补贴的影响,由劳动力替代向农业生产效率与效益提升转变。
The fact that China’s agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises are dominated by the products can easily lead to the vicious competition among homogeneous products in the industry. In view of the characteristics that service derivative of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises can shape new competitive advantages, this paper portrays the behavior characteristics of government, manufacturing enterprises and buyers, constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model and analyzes the impact of key factors on the strategies in an ideal state. The results show that the government subsidy changes from“no machinery availability”to“good machinery availability”, which is due to the satisfaction of agricultural production demand by enterprise derivative services and its demonstration on the demand of machine buyers. The service derivative behavior of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises has changed from product dominant to service dominant, which is affected by many factors, such as the service level of the industry, government policy support and buyers’ purchase willingness. The willingness of buyers to purchase derivative services has changed from labor substitution to the improvement of agricultural production efficiency, which is affected by practicability, value creation ability and government subsidies.
