摘要
通过对镀锌气刀条纹缺陷的产生原因进行分析,研究产生气刀条纹缺陷的影响因素,从气刀上下刀唇前后位置、前后气刀刀唇高度等多重因素出发,提出对应的预防措施,现在镀锌线已能较好地避免气刀条纹缺陷产生,满足客户的高质量表面要求。
Though analysis of causes of galvanizing air knife steak defects,the influ⁃encing factors of air knife streak defects are studied.Starting from multiple factors such as the front and rear positions of the upper and lower air knife lips and the height of the front and rear air knife lips,corresponding preventive measures are proposed.Now the galva⁃nizing line is able to avoid air knife streak defects better and meet customers’high quality surface requirements.
