摘要
目的 探讨补阳还五汤加减治疗急性脑梗死对患者血液流变学及FIB、D-D水平的影响。方法 选取于2020年1月—2020年12月在鞍山市中医院进行治疗的50例急性脑梗死患者,按随机数字表法分为试验组(25例)和对照组(25例),对照组予以常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合补阳还五汤加减治疗,2组均治疗6周。比较2组治疗前后FMA、Barthel、NIHSS评分与外周血LBV、PV、HBV、Arbc水平及血清D-D、FIB水平。结果 与治疗前比,治疗后2组FMA、Barthel评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组,2组NIHSS评分与外周血LBV、PV、HBV、Arbc水平及血清D-D、FIB水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤加减治疗急性脑梗死可提升患者的运动功能,降低血清FIB、D-D水平,改善血流变,提升治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction on the blood rheology and FIB and D-D levels of patients.Methods Fifty patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected for treatment in Anshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020.They were divided into the experimental group(25 cases) and the control group(25 cases) according to the random number table.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The experimental group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The FMA,Barthel,NIHSS scores and peripheral blood LBV,PV,HBV,Arbc levels and serum D-D and FIB levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the FMA and Barthel scores of the two groups increased after treatment,and the test group was higher than the control group.The NIHSS scores of the two groups and peripheral blood LBV,PV,HBV,Arbc levels and serum DD and FIB levels decreased,and that of the experimental group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction in treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve the patient’s motor function,reduce serum FIB and D-D levels,improve blood rheology,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
