摘要
为研究胍基乙酸对川藏黑猪断奶仔猪生长性能和养分消化率的影响,试验选择30日龄体重(7.37±0.23) kg的585头健康川藏黑猪商品代断奶仔猪,按体重相近原则随机分为3组:对照组饲喂基础饲粮,T1组饲喂在基础饲粮中添加胍基乙酸0.5 kg/t的饲粮,T2组饲喂在基础饲粮中添加胍基乙酸1.0 kg/t的饲粮。每组3个重复,每个重复65头断奶仔猪,公母各半。试验期40 d。结果表明:1)饲粮对各处理组末重、日增重、日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05),但胍基乙酸组降低了料重比(P<0.05);2)饲粮对各处理组干物质和氮的表观消化率无显著影响(P>0.05)。试验结果表明在该试验条件下,在饲粮中添加0.5~1.0 kg/t胍基乙酸对川藏黑猪表观养分消化率无显著影响,但降低了料重比。
This study was conducted to determine the effects of dietary guanidine acetic acid on growth performance and nutrient digestibility in Chuanzang black weaning pigs. A total of 585 healthy Chuanzang black weaning pigs(7.37±0.23) kg was randomly divided into 3 treatments based on sex and initial body weight. Dietary treatments were as follows: 1) CON, basal diet;2) T1, CON+0.5 kg/t guanidine acetic acid;3) T2, CON+1.0 kg/t guanidine acetic acid. There were 3 replications per treatment with 65 pigs per replication. The experiment lasted 40 days. The results showed: 1) dietary treatments did not affect final BW, ADG, ADFI(P>0.05),but T1 and T2 treatments decreased F/G(P<0.05);2) the apparent digestibility of dry matter and nitrogen did not differ among treatments. Taken together, dietary guanidine acetic acid did not affect nutrient digestibility, but decreased F/G in Chuanzang weaning pigs.
