摘要
100μmol/L Cd处理的绿豆(Vigna radiate L.)幼苗叶面喷洒0.05μmol/L 24-表油菜素内酯(24-epibrassionlide,eBL),以探讨eBL对Cd胁迫下绿豆幼苗叶片矿质营养元素K、Ca、Mg、Cu和Zn吸收及Cd积累的影响.结果表明:外源eBL施加使叶片中Cd的积累量显著降低78.6%;与对照处理相比,eBL使叶片中Zn的质量分数显著增加38.9%,使处理后期K和Ca的质量分数分别增加15.0%和19.3%;而Cd处理使叶片K、Ca、Cu和Zn质量分数显著降低,但Mg的含量显著增加.Cd胁迫下,eBL施加增加了叶片中K和Mg的质量分数以及处理后期Cu和Zn的质量分数.外源eBL通过降低Cd在绿豆幼苗中的积累量,以及对矿质元素吸收的调控,缓解Cd对植物造成的毒害.
In order to explore the effects of eBL on mineral uptake(K,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn)and Cd accumulation in leaves of mung bean seedlingsunder Cd Stress,100μmol/L Cd-treated mung bean seedlings were sprayed with 0.05μmol/L eBL.Cd+eBL treatment has significantly decreased Cd accumulation on average by 78.6%compared with the Cd alone.eBLalone has significantlyincreased Zn contents in leaves on average by 38.9%during the entire time course,and hasincreased K and Ca contents in leaves on average by 15.0%and 19.3%,respectively,at the later phase compared with the controls.Cd has significantlydecreasedK,Ca,Cu and Zn contents in leaves,whereas has significantly increased Mg content compared with the controls.Cd+eBLhas increased K and Mg contents during the entire time course,and increased Cu and Zn contents in leaves at the later phase.Exogenous eBL can alleviate the damage caused by Cd to mung bean seedlings by reducing the accumulation of Cd and regulating the absorption of mineral elements.
