摘要 近年来,铁路系统所用干式变压器运行过程中出现绝缘、绕组烧毁等现象,为了分析该现象发生的原因,分析了电力机车向牵引网系统注入的高次谐波对所用干式变压器铜耗的影响.考虑谐波情况下绕组集肤效应及邻近效应引起的损耗,基于场路耦合法,建立所用干式变压器的详细三维有限元模型;分别将单次谐波电流与复合次谐波电流作用下的所用干式变压器谐波铜耗进行对比,验证谐波损耗叠加性的正确性,分析谐波含量及谐波次数和所用干式变压器谐波铜耗的关系;搭建牵引供电系统仿真模型,分析实际运行工况下所用干式变压器的谐波铜耗.研究结果表明:集肤效应及邻近效应对所用干式变压器谐波铜耗的影响不可忽略,且谐波铜耗随着谐波电流含量及谐波次数的增加而增加. In recent years,some problems of insulation,winding burn down often occur in the operation of dry type transformer in railway system.In order to explore the reasons for these phenomenon,the influence of high order harmonics injected by electric locomotive to the traction network system on copper loss of dry transformer is analyzed.Considering the losses caused by skin effect and proximity effect in harmonic condition,a detailed three-dimensional finite element model of dry transformer was established based on field coupling method.The single harmonic current is compared with the harmonic copper loss of dry transformer under the action of compound harmonic current respectively to verify the validity of harmonic loss superposition,and the relationship between harmonic content,harmonic number and harmonic copper consumption of dry transformer is analyzed.The simulation model of traction power supply system was established to analyze the harmonic copper loss of dry transformer in actual operation condition.The results show that the influence of skin effect and proximity effect on the harmonic copper loss of dry transformer can not be ignored,and the harmonic copper loss increases with the increase of harmonic current content and harmonic number.
