摘要
农业绿色生产政策是实现农业高质量发展的坚实保障,而农户对农业绿色生产政策的认知是促进农业绿色生产的重要助推器,探索如何提升农户农业绿色生产政策认知具有重要意义。基于新疆呼图壁县的306份问卷数据,对农户农业绿色生产政策认知情况做了调查,并运用有序Logit模型对影响农户农业绿色生产政策认知的因素进行分析。结果表明:“是否参与技术培训”“亲戚朋友是否是村干部或政府工作人员”“当前生态环境问题严重与否”“耕地质量变化情况”“农业绿色生产政策传播力度”等5个因素对农户农业绿色生产政策认知有显著影响。需要持续强化生态环境保护,继续做好政策宣传,努力提升后续保障,由此提升农户农业绿色生产政策认知水平,进而促进农业绿色发展。
Green agricultural production policies are a solid guarantee for achieving high-quality agricultural development,and farmers’awareness of green agricultural production policies is an important booster to promote green agricultural production.It is of great significance to explore how to improve farmers’awareness of green agricultural production policies.Based on 306 questionnaire data of Hutubi County,Xinjiang,a survey on farmers’perceptions of agricultural green production policies was conducted in this study,and the ordered Logit model was used to analyze the factors affecting farmers’perceptions of green agricultural production policies.The research results show that five factors such as“Whether farmers participate in technical training or not”,“Whether relatives and friends are village cadres or government workers”,“Whether the current ecological and environmental problems are serious or not”,“Cultivated land quality changes”and“Agricultural green production policy dissemination”have a significant impact on farmers’perceptions of green agricultural production policies.It is necessary to continuously strengthen ecological protection,continue to do a good job in policy publicity,and strive to improve follow-up guarantees,so as to enhance farmers’awareness of green agricultural production policies and promote green agricultural development.
