摘要
天然气长输管道工程造价每个环节都有着极高的效果和作用,各个环节相互组合形成完善的整体。建设工程变化情况决定了整个天然气长输管道工程造价实际变化情况,会给企业经济效益带来直接影响。因此在天然气长输管道工程项目建设中,需要强化对工程造价全过程管理工作,完善各项工作要点,制定相应的管理制度,在加快工程建设项目进度的基础上确保竣工时间,将社会效益和经济效益最大化,从而实现天然气长输管道工程造价的经营目标。文章主要结合天然气长输管道的特征,提出了加强天然气长输管道工程造价全过程控制策略,有助于提升企业的经济效益。

In this situation, it is necessary to strengthen the whole process management of the cost of natural gas long-distance pipeline project, improve various key points of work, formulate corresponding management systems, ensure the completion time on the basis of accelerating the progress of the project, and maximize the social and economic benef its, so as to achieve the business goal of the management of cost in natural gas long-distance pipeline project.
