透明类软岩材料物理性质及力学性能研究

摘要 岩土体在外部荷载作用下的强度、内外部变形和破坏模式是岩土工程的主要研究课题。针对其内部变形和破坏模式较难观测,本文采用环氧树脂胶和水晶砂按一定比例研制透明类软岩材料,对其折射率及透明度进行测试,详细描述其制备过程,并对制备出的标准圆柱形试件进行单轴压缩试验。研究结果表明:环氧树脂与固化剂的质量比为1.5:1作为胶结剂的配比,成功制备一种透明类软岩试验材料,并给出试验方法;制备的透明类软岩透明度良好;研制的透明类软岩与典型泥岩的力学性质和变形破裂特征具有相似性,其破坏模式为单斜剪切破坏。 Geotechnical engineering’s major research topics are the intensity,internal and external deformation,and damage patterns of geotechnical materials under external loads.In order to observe the internal deformation and damage patterns,this paper uses epoxy resin glue and crystal sand in a certain ratio to develop a transparent soft rock.The refractive index and transparency are tested,the preparation process is described in detail,and uniaxial compression tests are carried out on the prepared standard cylindrical sample.The results show that a mass ratio of epoxy resin to curing agent of 1.5:1 is used as the binder.A transparent soft rock-like test material was successfully prepared and a test method given.The transparency of the transparent soft rock-like material is good.The physical and mechanical property and damage pattern of the transparent soft rock-like material are similar to typical mudstone.The damage pattern of transparent soft rock-like material is monoclinic shear damage.
