摘要
恶性肿瘤生长、转移迅速,如风之快,符合“风善行数变”的特点,亟需逆转长势;癌毒是恶性肿瘤发生的关键因素,癌毒在正虚的基础上产生;恶性肿瘤后期多久病、重病,“久病入络”,病邪难除。虫类药物为血肉有情之品,多具辛、咸之味,辛能行散,咸以软坚,具走窜之性,活血通络、软坚散结作用非草木、矿石所能比拟,起效迅速,切合病情,堪当大用。尤建良教授临床治疗各类恶性肿瘤,善在辨证基础上配伍药性、功效不一的虫类药物,如僵蚕、露蜂房、全蝎、蜈蚣、地龙、蝉蜕、壁虎、九香虫等,临床效果显著。虫类药有动血耗气之弊,临床上根据正邪虚实,谨慎用药。虫类药多辛香燥,性燥力猛,常配伍调补中焦、和胃止呕、祛风止痒类中药减轻其副作用。于辨证论治基础上,结合现代药理研究组方选药,衷中参西,减毒增效。尤建良教授运用虫类药物治疗恶性肿瘤的经验值得我们研习,有利于拓宽临床思路,提高临床疗效。
Malignant tumors grow and metastasize rapidly,as fast as the wind,which is in line with the characteristics of"wind being mobile and changeable".So we need to reverse their development trend urgently.Cancer toxin is the key factor of malignant tumor,Which is produced on the basis of positive deficiency.The later stage of malignant tumors becomes heavier with long time.The disease pathogen is difficult to cure,which is based on the Theory of“Chronic Diseases Transforming to Collaterals".Insect drugs are sentimental products of flesh and blood.They have a acrid and salty taste.Acrid taste can spread.Salty taste can soften hardness.They have the nature of channeling.The effects of promoting blood circulation,dredging collaterals,soften hardness and dissolve lump are unmatched by plants,trees and minerals.They have a rapid effect and meet the condition,which can be used widely.Professor YOU Jianliang is good at utilize insect drugs of different properties and effects to treat various malignant tumors,Such as stiff silkworm,beehive,scorpion,centipede,earthworm,cicada slough,gecko,Jiuxiang insect,etc.It has significant clinical effect.Insect drugs have the disadvantages of moving blood and consuming qi.Clinically,they should be used carefully according to the deficiency and excess of good and evil.The property of most insect drugs is fierce.So they are often combined with traditional Chinese medicines such as adjusting and compensating medium coke,harmonizing the stomach and stopping vomiting,dispelling wind and stopping itching to reduce their side effects.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,he combined modern pharmacological research,traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine to reduce toxicity and increase efficiency.Professor YOU Jianliang′s experience in using insect drugs to treat malignant tumors is worthy of our study,which is conducive to broaden clinical ideas and improve clinical efficacy.
