摘要
慢性肾脏病(CKD)是各种肾脏病进展的共同转归,慢性肾脏病一旦形成,常以不同的速度进展,所以早期诊断、及时治疗尤为重要,可以延缓病情进展,提高CKD患者的生存质量。声触诊组织定量(VTQ)技术可以定量反应组织的弹性,即使在形态变化不明显的情况下,它也可通过评估病变组织的弹性,从而反映出病变的范围和进展程度,提高对涉及纤维化的疾病诊断的准确性。目前,VTQ技术已应用于正常肾脏、肾脏急性病变、肾脏慢性病变、移植肾等很多疾病的临床评估。本文主要对VTQ技术在慢性肾脏病中的应用现状进行综述。
Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is the common outcome of all kinds of kidney disease p-rogression,chronic kidney disease once formed,often progress at different rates,so early diagnosis and timely treatment is particularly important,can delay the disease progression,improve the quality of life of patients.Virtual touch tissue quantification(VTQ)technology can quantitatively reflect the elasticity of tissues,even in the case of insignificant morphological changes,it can also assess the elasticity of diseased tissues,thus reflecting the extent and progression of lesions,and improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of diseases involving fibrosis.At present,VTQ technology has been applied in the clinical evaluation of normal kidney,acute kidney disease,chronic kidney disease,kidney transplantation and many other diseases.This article mainly reviews the application status of VTQ in chronic kidney disease.
