摘要
慢性心力衰竭的病因病机及临床症状复杂多样,在临床上对慢性心力衰竭的中西医认识不断加深,治疗方法不断完善。本文从"肾藏精起亟"的经典理论出发,阐述了"肾藏精起亟"与慢性心力衰竭的关系,基于"肾藏精起亟"对慢性心力衰竭的中医病因病机及治法方药进行浅显的归纳总结,探讨经方治疗慢性心力衰竭的现代药理依据,为慢性心力衰竭的中医治疗提供新的思路及启示。
The etiology,pathogenesis and clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure are complex and diverse.In clinical practice,the understanding of traditional Chinese and western medicine for chronic heart failure is deepening,and the treatment methods are constantly improving.Based on the classic theory of“kidney storing essence”,this paper expounds the relationship between“kidney storing essence”and chronic heart failure.Based on“kidney storing essence”,this paper summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of chronic heart failure,discusses the modern pharmacological basis of classical prescriptions in the treatment of chronic heart failure,and provides a new basis for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure Thinking and enlightenment.
