摘要
尝试从企业网络特征视角研究科技金融政策如何进一步释放科技金融效能,从而提升企业创新绩效。运用LDA聚类算法将我国2011—2020年国家层面科技金融政策划分为宏观导向类、资金支持类、平台建设类和专利保护类,同时运用同期我国创业板上市企业相关数据,深入挖掘各类政策对企业创新绩效的提升效果及资金网络在其中发挥的调节效应。研究发现,4类科技金融政策对企业创新绩效均具有显著提升作用,且资金网络中心度增强了宏观导向类、资金支持类和专利保护类这3类科技金融政策对企业创新绩效的提升作用。基于研究结果,从政策、网络与企业角度出发,提出维持绩优政策供给力度、扩大资金网络规模、把握网络核心地位等对策建议。
This paper tries to study how to further release the efficiency of technology and financial policy from the perspective of enterprise network characteristics,so as to improve the enterprise innovation performance.The paper divides the national technology and financial policies of China from 2011 to 2020 into four types of macroorientation,fund-support,platform construction and patent protectionuses by using latent Dirichlet allocation(LDA)clustering algorithm,the effect of various policies on improving the innovation performance of enterprises and the regulatory effect of capital network are deeply explored.The paper finds that the four types of technology and financial policies have a significant role in improving the innovation performance of enterprises,and the centrality of the capital networks has enhanced the role of macro-orientation,fund-support and patent protection technology and financial policy in improving the innovation performance of enterprises.Based on the research results,from the perspective of policies,networks and enterprises,some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed on maintaining the supply of high-performing policies,expanding the scale of capital networks,and grasping the core position of the network are put forward.
