摘要
目的分析某部队2010—2019年6种常见呼吸道传染病的发病特征和流行趋势,为有针对性地制定防治策略提供依据。方法收集某部队2010—2019年呼吸道传染病病例个案报告卡,对病例的发病时间、职务、性别、病种等进行分析。结果某部队2010—2019年共报告6种常见呼吸道传染病病例5301例,其中水痘2099例,占39.60%;流行性感冒(流感)1788例,占33.73%;腺病毒感染573例,占10.81%;腮腺炎411例,占7.75%;麻疹304例,占5.73%;风疹126例,占2.38%。水痘和流行性腮腺炎在冬春季发病率高,流感冬季发病率高,腺病毒感染在2月和12月各有1个发病高峰;麻疹在春季3—5月高发;风疹在春季4、5月高发。30岁以下病例占81.51%(4321/5301),20~<25岁病例最多,占46.41%;<20岁病例占21.05%。士兵病例最多,占67.48%;现役干部次之,占14.98%;学员病例占12.96%。结论对呼吸道传染病应采取全面性预防措施,重点做好年轻指战员水痘、流感等重要呼吸道传染病冬春季的防病工作。
Objective The characteristics and epidemic trends of 6 common respiratory infectious diseases in a military from 2010 to 2019 were analyzed.Methods Cards of respiratory infectious diseases reported by the military unit from 2010 to 2019 were collected,and the onset time,position,gender,and disease type of the cases were analyzed.Results From 2010 to 2019,a total of 5301 cases of six common respiratory infectious diseases were reported in an army,among which 2099 cases(39.60%)were chickenpox.1788 cases of influenza,accounting for 33.73%;573 cases were infected with adenovirus,accounting for 10.81%;411 cases of mumps,accounting for 7.75%;304 cases of measles,accounting for 5.73%;126 cases of rubella,accounting for 2.38%.The incidence of chickenpox and mumps was high in winter and spring,influenza was high in winter,and adenovirus infection had a peak in February and December respectively.Measles was more common in spring from March to May.Rubella was more common in April and May in spring.Cases under 30 years old accounted for 81.51%(4321/5301),and cases between 20 and<25 years old accounted for 46.41%.Cases under 20 years old accounted for 21.05%.Soldiers had the most cases,accounting for 67.48%.Cadres in active service came second,accounting for 14.98%;cases of students accounted for 12.96%.Conclusion Comprehensive preventive measures should be taken against respiratory infectious diseases.The military unit needs to do a good job in the prevention and control of chickenpox,influenza and other respiratory infectious diseases,focusing on the prevention of young officers and soldiers in winter and spring.
