提高活性炭中杂质的酸洗去除率综合研究

摘要 云南某金矿全泥氰化炭浆工艺流程中的活性炭含有Ca、Fe、Cu、Mg等有害元素。为保证活性炭吸附性能,采用5%浓度的HCl进行循环酸洗,酸洗时间(4~5)h,酸洗后活性炭进行再生或返回浸吸。通过试验表明,酸洗温度65℃、盐酸单耗240 kg/t,酸洗时间3 h,且先用酸洗废液对活性炭酸洗1 h后再配新酸对解吸贫炭进行酸洗时,活性炭中钙、铜、铁的杂质去除率得到明显提升,分别达到91%、70.47%、70.22%,综合能耗效益最高。 The activated carbon in all-slime cyanide carbon slurry process flow of one Yunnan gold mine contains Ca,Fe,Cu,Mg and the other harmfnl element.In order to guarantee the adsorption performance of the activated carbon,we adopted HCl with 5%concentration for recycling acid pickling,the acid pickling time is(4~5)h,the activated carbon after acid pickling shall be regenerated or returned back to immersion.Test results show that when acid pickling temperature is 65℃,the unit consumption of hydrochloric acid is 240 kg/t,the acid pickling time is 3h;first the activated carbon shall be treated by acid pickling by pickling waste solution for one hour,and new acid solution shall be prepared for acid pickling of desorpted poor carbon,therefore the removal rate of calcium,copper,iron and the other impurities in activated carbon can be increased obviously,which can reach 91%,70.47%,70.22%separately,the benefit of comprehensive energy consumption is the highest.
