摘要
目的:建立动物性食品中喹乙醇残留监测方法,了解石嘴山市市售动物性食品中喹乙醇代谢残留物状况。方法:随机对石嘴山市所辖3个县区市场采集的样品经偏磷酸甲醇酸性溶液水解、乙酸乙酯提取、磷酸盐缓冲液反萃取后用超高效液相色谱仪测定其中3-甲基-喹噁啉-2-羧酸(3-Mthyl-Qnoxaline-2-Cboxylic Aid,MQCA)、喹噁啉-2-羧酸(Quinoxaline-2-Cboxylic Aid,QCA)的浓度水平。结果:待测物在0.025~1.000 mg/L呈良好线性关系,QCA与MQCA检出限为4 μg/kg,相关系数r为0.981 6~0.999 8,方法平均回收率为69%~114%,精密度为0.1%~3.3%。300份畜禽肉样品均未测出QCA与MQCA,合格率100%。结论:石嘴山市畜禽养殖的监管力度较大,市场销售的动物性食品中不含有喹乙醇代谢残留物。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of olaquindox residue in animal food,understand the status of quinol metabolic residues in animal foods sold in Shizuishan City.Methods:Samples were randomly collected from the markets of three counties in Shizuishan City.The samples were hydrolyzed with methanol metaphosphate acid solution,extracted with ethyl acetate,and extracted with phosphate buffer solution.The concentrations of QCA and MQCA were determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography.Results:The substance to be tested has a good linear relationship between 0.025~1.000 mg/L,and the detection limit of QCA and mqca is 4 μg/kg,the correlation coefficient r is 0.981 6~0.999 8,the average recovery is 69%~114%,and the precision is 0.1%~3.3%.QCA and mqca were not detected in 300 livestock and poultry meat samples,and the qualified rate was 100%.Conclusion:The supervision of livestock and poultry breeding in Shizuishan City is relatively strong,and there is no residue of quinol metabolism in foods sold in the market.
