摘要
目的分析肺康复(PR)治疗在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者中的效果。方法选取COPD稳定期患者80例作为研究对象,依据住院号末位单双数分为观察组40例和对照组40例。对照组患者进行日常康复运动训练,观察组在此基础上联合PR治疗,观察2组的临床应用效果并进行比较。结果2组治疗前第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1.0))、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比(FEV_(1.0)/FVC)、6 min步行距离(6 MWD)和生活质量(QOL)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组FEV_(1.0)、FEV_(1.0)/FVC、6 MWD和QOL评分显著高于治疗前,且观察组患者FEV_(1.0)、FEV_(1.0)/FVC、6 MWD和QOL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规康复训练的基础上,COPD稳定期患者综合治疗并结合早期肺康复治疗,可以使肺功能和运动耐力有效改善,提高其生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation(PR)therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable stage.Methods 80 patients with COPD at stable stage were selected and divided into the observation group(n=40 cases)and the control group(n=40 cases).The control group was given the daily rehabilitation exercise training.The observation group was treated with PR on this basis.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results There were no significant differences in forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1.0)),forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV_(1.0)/FVC),6-min walk distance(6MWD)and quality of life(QOL)scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of FEV_(1.0),FEV_(1.0)/FVC,6MWD and QOL in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the scores of FEV_(1.0),FEV_(1.0)/FVC,6MWD and QOL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine rehabilitation training,combined with PR treatment in the comprehensive treatment of patients with stable COPD can improve the pulmonary ventilation function,exercise tolerance and the quality of life.
