摘要
水泥窑用镁铝尖晶石砖长期存放会水化开裂,目前尚无经济有效的处理方法。本研究参照了医药行业用“包衣”工艺,水化镁铝尖晶石砖经过轻烧、破碎、包衣、烘干、烧成制备成方镁石-尖晶石复合材料,并将其作为镁砖增韧材料替代传统的镁铝尖晶石制备了镁铝尖晶石砖。将制备的镁铝尖晶石砖与传统镁铝尖晶石砖的性能进行对比,发现该镁铝尖晶石砖除了体积密度降低外,两者的荷重软化温度、热震稳定性、耐压强度都相当,可替代传统镁铝尖晶石砖应用于水泥窑中。该研究为水化镁铝尖晶石砖的应用提供了一条途径。
Magnesia-aluminum spinel bricks for cement kiln will be hydrated and cracked after longtime storage,and there is no economical and effective treatment method at present. In this study,the magnesia-alumina spinel brick was prepared by light-burning,crushing,coating,drying and firing according to the “coating”process used in the pharmaceutical industry,the magnesia-alumina spinel bricks were prepared by using the magnesia-alumina spinel bricks as toughening materials instead of traditional magnesia-alumina spinel bricks. The properties of the prepared magnesia-alumina spinel brick were compared with those of the traditional magnesia-alumina spinel brick,and it was found that the refractoriness under load,thermal shock stability and compressive strength of the magnesia-alumina spinel brick were similar to those of the traditional magnesia-alumina spinel brick,except the bulk density was decreased,it can be used in cement kiln instead of traditional magnesia-alumina spinel brick. This research provides a way for the application of hydrated magnesia-alumina spinel brick.
